Happy Holidays from FSC Lab ! (Dec. 2016)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FSC Lab Celebrates the Holiday at Asian Legend ! This year we are joined by previous alumni and visiting scholars of FSC community. As the highlight of the night, the dinner was finished with the Secret Santa gift exchange. FSC lab members and Professor Liu thank everybody for celebrating with us and wish our friends a happy holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meeting with Parliament Committee on UAV Regulations (Dec. 2016)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On December 6, 2016, Professor Hugh Liu was invited to appear before the Standing Committee of Transportation, Infrastructure and Communities (TRAN), House of Commons, on \u201cUnmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Regulations\u201d. Professor, as an individual witness, gave his input on UAV research and development in Canada. The minutes of this proceeding can be found on the Parliament of Canada website by clicking here<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Congratulations on Yasir Graduating ! (Nov. 2016)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FSC Lab members congratulation Yasir Malang for successfully completing his MASc degree at UTIAS. His convocation was held on November 2016. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Liu shared his visions and expertise on the practicality of an UAV delivery system with the reporter. Dr. Lyu’s Farewell & New Students Welcome Event (Sept. 2016)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FSC Lab farewells with post-doc fellow, Dr. Pin Lyu (Left 1), as he completes his one-year fellowship with UTIAS. We wish him all the best on his career back home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, the FSC Lab welcomes its 4 new members. PhD Candidate Longhao Qian and MASc Candidates: Joshus Furtado, Kelvin Wu and Yih Tang Yeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
